General terms and conditions of use (GTCU) of the entropy.sc website.

The Entropy SAS company, with a capital of 10,000 euros, registered with the Versailles Trade and Companies Register under number 877 529 768, whose head office is located at 35 rue des Chantiers in Versailles (78).
General provisions
- These Terms and Conditions describe the terms and conditions under which you may use the Entropy website (our “Site”) as a visitor or prior to connecting to the Entropy software (the “Software”).
- You are advised to read these TOS carefully before using our Site as they are intended to apply to such use.
- By using our Site, you fully accept and agree to be bound by these “Terms and Conditions”.
- If you do not accept the GTCU, we recommend that you do not use our Site.
- Each of the clauses of these GTCU is distinct. If one or more of these provisions is or becomes invalid (in whole or in part) under current law or by a final court decision, it will be deemed unwritten without invalidating the other provisions of these GTCU.
- Furthermore, we may, at your request or on our own initiative, modify or update the GTCU in order to ensure that they comply with applicable law.
Applicable provisions
- To gain full access to our services, you will need to take out a subscription and register. In this case, you will also be subject to compliance with the subscription contract and the Software T&Cs.
- The processing of your personal data by Entropy in connection with the use of our Site is subject to compliance with the provisions of our Privacy Policy available online. (Link: <www.entropy.sc/rgpd>)
- You are the only person authorized to use your login and password to log in and use our Software. You must take care to keep this information confidential and not disclose or communicate it to anyone. If you believe that someone is using your login and password without your authorization, you must notify us immediately by e-mail at : support@entropy.sc.
- If we have reason to believe that connection to your account is the result of a security breach or fraudulent use of your login details, you may be asked to change your password or, where appropriate, we may suspend access to your account.
Site modifications
- We may update our Site and modify its content at any time. However, we remind you that we are under no obligation to update our Site and that it may therefore contain dated information.
- We cannot guarantee that our Site or the content displayed on it is free from errors or omissions or that it will meet your expectations.
Site access
- Access to our Site is granted to you free of charge and on a temporary basis. We cannot guarantee that our Site or its content will always be available or available on an uninterrupted basis. We may therefore decide at any time to suspend, withdraw or modify all or part of the Site without notice. We cannot be held responsible in the event of difficulties or impossibility of access to all or part of the Site, for whatever reason and for whatever duration.
- It is your responsibility to take all necessary steps to access our Site.
- It is also your responsibility to ensure that all persons accessing our Site via your Internet connection have been informed of the existence of these GCU and undertake to comply with them.
Intellectual property
- All Intellectual Property Rights relating to our Site (including all patents, rights in inventions, texts, images, videos, audio sequences, layout, graphics, structure, trademarks and any other intellectual property rights, in each case, whether registered or unregistered, including all applications and renewals or extensions of such rights, and all similar or equivalent rights or forms of protection in any part of the world), with the exception of the content of your account, are our exclusive property or that of third party rights holders.
- You expressly acknowledge our status (or that of any identified contributor) as the owner of all the aforementioned intellectual property rights.
- We authorize you to make physical or digital copies of the content of our Site (the “Copies”) for your personal use. You agree not to modify the Copies that you have printed or downloaded or to use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences or any other graphic work separately from the accompanying text.
- You agree not to use any of the past, present or future content of our Site for commercial purposes without our prior permission.
- Subject to these GCU, a non-exclusive, irrevocable license to use any content, including any information, photographs, graphics or designs that you upload to our Site.
Site content
- The information and content available on our Site are for information purposes only.
- We make every effort to keep our Web site current. However, we cannot guarantee that the content of our Site is accurate, complete or up-to-date.
Responsibility
- In no event will we be liable for any loss, damage or expense, even if foreseeable, arising out of your use of our Site, the content available on our Site or your inability to use the Site.
- We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by viruses or other malicious software that may infect your computer equipment, software, data or other property on account of your access to, or use of, our Site or any third party site.
- We shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the use or content of third party sites linked to our Site as we have no control over the content of such sites.
Site security
- We do not guarantee that our Site is secure, free of bugs or viruses. It is therefore your responsibility to take all necessary measures to protect your computer system against contamination by potential viruses and against any attempt at intrusion by third parties.
- You further agree not to access or remain on the Site fraudulently, or to hinder or alter its operation, in particular by introducing viruses, Trojan horses, worms, logic bombs or any other malicious program and/or program likely to cause damage to the Site or to Entropy’s data. In the event of a breach of this provision, we reserve the right to notify law enforcement authorities, disclose your identity and block your access to our Site.
Hypertext links
- We expressly authorize you to create a link to our home page, https://entropy.sc, provided that such link is displayed for informational purposes only and in no way violates the law or our reputation.
- You may not create a hypertext link to our home page to suggest an association or economic connection of any kind with Entropy without our prior permission.
- We reserve the right to withdraw permission to link to our home page at any time.
- Our Site contains links to sites and resources provided by third parties. These links are provided for your information only. Since we have no control over the content and resources of third parties, we cannot be held responsible for the content made available by third parties on their sites or for your use of third-party sites.
Applicable law
These GTCU are governed by French law and any dispute arising therefrom shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Versailles Court of Appeal.
